Manly Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 Tbs. garlic, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- One eighth cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. onions, diced
- 1 28-oz. can tomato puree
- 2 12-oz. cans tomato paste
- 1 15-oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. chicken broth
- 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped

Step 1
Add ground beef, chopped garlic, and onion to a medium sized sauce pot and brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. After it has browned, drain excess fat off of the beef and set it aside. Brown ground beef with minced garlic and salt and pepper, to taste. Drain ground beef and set aside.
Place oil in a saucepan and add all the tomato products at once and simmer approximately 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and heat through. Once hot, add the browned ground beef, garlic, and onion and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, stirring once every ten minutes.
