Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- Dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat until hot, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in salt and 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
Pour over hot cooked broccoli and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
