- 12 eggs
- 2/3 cup crème fraiche
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 2 Tsp Rooster Sauce
- 1 TBS chopped cilantro
- 1/2 Tsp lime zest
- 2 Tsp lime juice
- 2 Tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Hardboil the eggs. Slice lengthwise, and mix egg yolks with all the remaining ingredients. With pastry bag, add ingredients back into the egg whites.
Add lime zest for garnish
