The perfect lemon tart can be a work of art, combining a crisp crust and a tart lemon custard in delightful harmony. This unique cocktail is an ode to this popular after-dinner treat.

Preparation

Step 1

Rim a cocktail glass with lime cordial and crushed graham crackers. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ½ oz lemon vodka, 1 oz Lemoncello, 1 oz lemon curd and 2 to 3 oz whipped cream. Shake until frothy and strain into the Martini glass. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
