- 12 eggs
- 14 spicy sausage links
- 1/2 bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 large jars chunky salsa
- seasoning to taste -

Preparation
Step 1
Fully cook sausage on stove top – drain well – set aside to cool.
Grease bottom and sides of 6 qt slow cooker insert. Break cooled sausage links into pieces then layer the ingredients in this order: tater tots, sausage, salsa and 1 cup cheese.
Scramble the eggs and cover ingredient layers with egg mixture – season as desired. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours – insert toothpick into center of casserole to test for readiness, if it comes out clean it’s ready.
Top with remaining cheese and Pico De Gallo (if desired).
