Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (juice too)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (9 oz carton) Cool Whip
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple (juice too)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil and eggs. Pour into three 9 inch greased cake pans. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix together Cool Whip, instant pudding and pineapple.


Frost cake and refrigerate.
