Fruit Pie

Ingredients

• FRUIT PIE:
• 1 package sugar cookie dough
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz cook whip
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• GLAZE:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tbs lemon juice
• 1 tbs corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Cook dough at 350 in a pizza pan and cool. mix cream cheese, cool whip and vanilla and spread over cooled cookie dough. Add fruit on top.

Combine glaze ingredients in a medium size saucepan and cook the glaze over medium heat until clear. Cool and spread over fruit.
