Creamy Caesar Dressing

If your egg yolk is not room temperature, then it will not incorporate well into the dressing. This dressing will taste strong from the bowl, but "mellows out" in the salad

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk -MUST be room temperature
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard or mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp anchovy paste OR 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk egg yolk with whisk or blender on low.
2. Once creamy, add vinegar and other ingredients and then blend until creamy.
3. Slowly add oil, stirring constantly until incorporated.
You can refrigerate for a couple of days.
