Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2-3 clovers garlic, chopped
- Parmesan cheese & salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and asparagus spears; cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until asparagus is tender (bright green). When it's ready, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
