1 head of broccoli
2-3 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Ziploc bag

Preparation

Step 1

Put broccoli, garlic, 2 tsps. olive oil, and salt and pepper in a ziploc bag. Shake coating the broccoli thoroughly.

Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place on top oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.
