Instant Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 flour
• 5 tbs sugar
• 2 tbs cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tbs milk
• 3 tbs veg oil
• Dash of vanilla
• Dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk all ingredients together in large mug until smooth.

2. Microwave until puffed about 2 min.

3. Sprinkle with more cocoa powder

4. Use canned whipped cream as a topping
