Meatball and Hot Dogs in Sauce

This recipe goes way back to my college days. It's a delicious appetizer that was served at any summer party! Especially Indy 500 parties!

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 2 pounds hamburger meat
• 2 eggs
• Bread Crumbs
• Garlic Salt
• Onion
• Accent
• Salt and Pepper
• Henry's BBQ Sauce
• Brown Sugar
• Ketchup
• Lemon Juice
• A1 Marinade
• Marinade Spirit
• Orange Juice
• Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

For the Meatballs:
Mix together the ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown in a large skilled. Drain and set aside.

For the Sauce:
Mix together all of the ingredients and heat in a large dutch oven. Add the meatball and mini hot dogs and bake for 15 minutes in the oven before serving. You can also warm in a slow cooker until hot and serve.
