Ingredients
- 1/4 c plus 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1/4 plus 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- Puff pastry rounds or rice

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over low heat in heavy saucepan. Saute onion and curry powder in melted butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in chicken broth and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute Add chicken and lemon juice.
