Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Flour or corn starch
- Dough
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- Ice water
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Pour sugar over berries, mix gently, and set aside. Pour melted butter over berries and set aside.
Roll out thick dough for pan that will fit inside of pressure cooker. Pour berry mixture into dough and pinch top together to form a big dumpling.
Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat then leave top on until cool.
Cook a thin vanilla pudding (using 2 1/2 cups of milk instead of 2 cups) and serve over individual dumpling dessert servings.
