Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 3 tbs chicken fat or oil
- 1/2 lb chicken livers
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- salt & pepper

Saute onions in melted fat. Broil livers. Chop livers with eggs. Mix in onions seaon with salt & pepper
