Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup dry milk powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• miniature marshmallows
• gift bags

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together nonfat dry milk powder, sugar, powdered nondairy creamer, baking cocoa and cinnamon.
Top with marshmallows.
Wrap in gift bags and place in holiday mugs or clean chinese takeout containers.
To make hot chocolate, stir about 3 Tbsp. hot chocolate mix int 3/4 cup hot milk
