Ingredients
- 4 Nutrisystem® NutriChocolates
- 2 tbsp. dried cranberries
- 3 whole dried apricots, chopped into small pieces
- 8 toasted pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the pecans on a sheet pan and toast for 8 minutes. Then let cool.
3. Chop the pecans into medium-sized pieces.
4. Melt the chocolate then pour into a 4" x 6" dish lined with parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle and lightly press the fruit and nuts into the warm, melted chocolate.
6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
7 Cut the bark into 4 pieces, then store each serving in a small sandwich bag.
Yields: 4 Servings
