- 24 scoop-shaped nacho chips
- 1/2 pkg seasoned ground soy
- 1/4 cup chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spoon one spoonful of soy mixture into nacho cups. Top with a dollop of salsa and some grated cheese.
3. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Serve immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with cilantro leaves, sour cream and lime wedges, if desired.
