Clean Eating - Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1.4 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup safflower, grape seed or other neutral oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3/4 about 3/4 of medium banana (the riper the better)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional, or nuts or choc chips)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pre heat oven to 375
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to blend well enough that there are no chunks of banana.
3. Place rounded spoonfuls of dough on to a cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes, until light golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and let cookies finish baking on the cookie sheet for about 5 more minutes.
