Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup safflower, grape seed or other neutral oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 about 3/4 of medium banana (the riper the better)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional, or nuts or choc chips)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre heat oven to 375

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to blend well enough that there are no chunks of banana.

3. Place rounded spoonfuls of dough on to a cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes, until light golden brown.

4. Remove from oven and let cookies finish baking on the cookie sheet for about 5 more minutes.
