Ingredients

  • 12-14 santitas chips
  • 2 cups chunky slsa
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 shredded rotisserole chicken cooked
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cups tomato
  • 1/4 cups dic ed onions

Preparation

Step 1

Put chicken, water and salsa on stove and simmer on low heat. Add the chips and stir tilol all the chips are coated with the sauce mix. allowing them to soften slightly.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese into the mixture.
Put the mixture into a deep microwaveable dish.
Stir in the tomatoes and onions.
Top with the remaining cheese
Microwave for 1 minute till golden and bubbly.
Remove from microwave and let cool for 10 minutes before adding toppings such as sour cream,guacamole. Serve in bowls
