Crockpot Bacon Cheese Potatoes 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 5 medium potatoes (to total 8 cups chopped)
  • 1 cup reduced fat Mexican style four cheese blend
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • green onion (as much as you like)
  • seasoning of your choice
  • aluminum foil

Preparation

Step 1

Directions
Line crockpot with foil, leaving enough to cover the potatoes when finished.
Layer half each of the crumbled bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in crockpot. Season to taste and dot with butter.
Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Dot with butter.
Cover with remaining foil.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve topped with green onions.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
