Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 16 oz. sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
• 4-5 green onions, chopped
• 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
• 1 can chipped water chestnuts
• round rye bread loaf
• sour dough bread loaf

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients together and refrigerate dip mixture for one hour before serving.

Either hollow out loaves of bread and put dip into the hollow in the bread or serve dip in a bowl with pieces of the bread.
