Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2-1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 3 teaspoons curry powder (or more, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes pepper
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 2 dashes ginger
- 2 dashes turmeric
- 2 cups tomato juice (or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
- 1 cup potato, peeled and diced
- 2 cups green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)

Step 1
Heat oil in skillet.
Saute onion and garlic. Add ground beef. Brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice.
