Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into batter along with vanilla. Fold in berries. Spread 1/2 of batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan (thin layer). Combine brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over batter. Spread on remaining batter and top with remaining brown sugar mixture. Bake on 350° for 30-35 minutes.
