Desserts: Mrs. Hunter's Egg Custard

Ingredients

• 2 whole eggs
• 3 T sugar
• 1 1/2 c milk
• Pinch of salt and nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat milk to boiling point before mixing with eggs.
Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk.
Pour into pie shell and bake.
