Ingredients
- 3 1/4 C. water
- 1 C. of instant coffee (freeze dry is best)
- 4 C. water
- 6 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. light corn syrup
- 1/4 vanilla extract
- 1 fifth bottle of vodka or Captain Morgan's Rum or Bacardi (dark) or Brandy

Directions
In saucepan boil 3 1/4 C. water then add instant coffee, cook for 2-3 minutes then take off heat and let cool. In another saucepan, boil 4 C. water sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and when the sugar dissolves cook for another 20 minutes. Take off heat and let cool.
Now after both mixtures have cooled completely mix. Then add vanilla and vodka. Pour into bottles and let then drink. Best if sits for a couple of weeks at least. I have use Captain Morgan's Rum and find it to be the best. The amount of Rum you use is up to you...the more the better kick it has.... enjoy.
