Ingredients
- 3 cups (1/2") cubes peeled turnips (about 1 1 1/4 lbs)
- 3 cups (1/2") cubes peeled sweet potatoes (about 1 1/4 lbs)
- 2 1/2 cups (1/4") cubed Granny Smith apple (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 T butter cut into small pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees stirring after 45 minutes.
