Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Stir in potatoes, green onions, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are heated through and lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
