Cooked Grape Tomatoes with Shallots

Ingredients
- 2 pts Grape Tomatoes
- 6 shalltt Quarters
- 1/4 C White Wine
- 2 T Capers
- Salt and Pepper
- EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
Saute' Shallots in olive oil 4 mins
Add Tomatoes and Sautee' 3min or until tomatoes begin to split
Add White wine and cook till it evaporates
Place in serving dish and stir in Capers and S & P
