Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans pumpkin
- 1 can fat free evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- brown sugar to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all in hand-mixer until smooth.
Put in uncovered casserole dish with deep sides
Bake at 350 until top begins to brown
