Preparation
Step 1
Bake mini cups on an ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees or 4 to 5 minutes; set aside. Beat butter and sugarstogether until light and uy; blend in eggs, hal-and-hal and vanilla. Spoon into cups; sprinkle tops withnutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees or 15 to 20 minutes, until set. op with a dollop o whipped topping and a dustingo nutmeg beore serving. Makes 15 servings
