Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip divided
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 2 squares (2 oz) Baker's Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 3 cans Reduced fat milk
- 2 boxes Instant Vanilla pudding
- 48 Vanilla wafers
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries - rinsed

Preparation
Step 1
Place cream cheese in large bowl and cut into 6-8 chunks. Remove lid from whipped topping. Set both aside to soften. Place water in microwave safe cup. Microwave on High for 30-40 seconds or until hot. Stir in coffee granules & set aside to cool
Grate chocolate coarsely using largest holes of cheese grater & set aside.
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Add milk gradually, mixing well, until thoroughly blended. Add DRY pudding mix, & mix until blended.
Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip.
Place 24 cookies in bottom of trifle bowl, drizzle with 1/2 of coffee. Spoon in 1/2 of pudding mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 of chocolate. Repeat all layers.
Top with remaining 1 cup Cool Whip & raspberries. Chill until ready to serve.
