Ingredients
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Prepared graham cracker pie crust
- Whipped Cream for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the crust, then bake for 7 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cook for 20 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, decorate the top with whipped cream.
