Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup Ketchup
1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Warm Water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Nesco Roaster Oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together. Place mixture in 8-1/2x4-1/2" loaf pan. Place on roasting rack in cookwell. Cover and bake at 350F. for 1-1/2 hours.
