    Boneless skinless chicken breasts ( about 1 & 1/4lb)

  • salt and pepper to taste

    Tbs vegetable oil

  • 1

    Cup converted or regular long grain white rice

  • 2

    Tbs taco seasoning (from 1 oz package)

  • 1

    (18 oz) can Progressive Recipe Starters Creamy Roasted Garlic with Chicken Stock Cooking Sauce

  • 1

    (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1

    Cup frozen Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Corn and Butter Sauce

Directions

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. In a 12" skillet, heat 1 TBS vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil until browned. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm. Mix rice and taco seasoning in the skillet; stir to mix well. Stir in cooking sauce and 1/2 C of water. Heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in beans and frozen corn; heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, rice is tender and juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165*). Serve.
