Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Oregano to suit
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 loaf Italian Bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all Ingredients together, except bread. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Tear bread into small bites for dipping in sauce.
