Ingredients
- 3/4 loaf of bread
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onions diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- oil

Step 1
Wet bread with water and break it. Add egg, salt and pepper.
In a frying pan, saute onion and celery in a little oil. Add this mixture to the bread mixture.
Put in turkey - make sure it is heated all the way through
