Cake Mix Cookies

Get creative, for example:
2 teaspoons lemon extract & yellow cake
2 teaspoons vanilla & white cake
2 teaspoons mint & chocolate cake
Add white chips to strawberry cake
This dough can be made and frozen for baking later.
Just roll into a log and wrap in plastic wrap and then just slice what you need and bake.

Ingredients

• Any boxed cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1-2 teaspoons any flavor of extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well with a electric mixer, roll into 1-inch balls, flatten onto an un-greased cookie sheet ad bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
