Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, sliced in small strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can pigeon peas
- 1 bunch Chinese parsley, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked and drained

Preparation
Step 1
Fry pork in large pot until brown. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Add about 1/2 pot water and cook for about 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients except macaroni and heat thoroughly. Turn off heat and then add macaroni. Serve.
