Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3-4 packages sweetener
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1-1/2 cups milk, scalded
- Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the 1-1/2 cups milk in microwave.
Mix cornstarch, sweetener and 1/2 cup cold milk.
Combine with the scalded milk.
Continue cooking mixture in microwave until thickened
Add vanilla. Pour into cups.
For chocolate pudding:
Add 1/3 cup cocoa to cornstarch mixture before cooking.
For custard:
Beat 1 egg in with the cornstarch mixture before cooking.
