Ingredients

non stick oil spray
2 c flour
5 tbl sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbl butter cubed
1 cp buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350o
Srapy 8" pan

Whisk flour, 4 tbl sugar, baking powder,salt,& baking soda in lg bowl.
Add butter using fingers mix till course meal forms. Make well in center of flour mix add milk. Gradually stir in dry ingredients into milk mix in raisins.

Place in pan sprinkle with sugar
Bake about 40 min
