Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing

Serve over a tossed salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, whole black olives, red onions, shredded Romano cheese and croutons. Goes well with almost any Italian dish, especially Lasagna.

- 1 Cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 Cup BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 4 Tbsp. DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/4 tsp. KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 tsp. Cracked BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp. SUGAR

Using a food processor, combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Keep refrigerated. Blend dressing together before each use.
