Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 3/4 lb. wild mushrooms – sliced
- 3 cloves garlic – sliced
- 1/2 cup wine or chicken stock
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup+ heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add wine or ch. Stock. Reduce 15-20 min.
Add cream – heat until warm
Stir in chives.
Can be made one day ahead.
