- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper or spray with non-stick baking spray.
•In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, butter and milk. The batter will be very thick. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Drop the cream cheese mixture by the tablespoon into the batter & gently fold in. Don't over mix.
•Drop the batter by tablespoons onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
•Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are set.
•Cool for a minute or two on the baking sheet then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
