Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 large wedge of gorganzola cheese 4 0z
- 3 tablespoons parmesean salt
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Step 1
In a heavy saucepan boil the cream then let simmer for 45 minutes until thickened then add cheese. Mountain Gorganzola is the best. Add the rest of the ingredients.
