4 large baking potatoes cut into thirds
olive oil
salt and pepper
rosemary
garlic

Step 1

Preheat oven 400*
Cookie sheet

Spread the potatoes over the cookie sheet evenly, then season completely, or do this in a bowl and then lay them out on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Turn over and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
