Dear Heloise: How can I get the recipe for Vienna Coffee Mix? I used to make it all the time, and now I can't seem to find the recipe. Can you help me please? Jenny, via fax.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar (or an equivalent amount of artificial sweetener)
• 2/3 cup powdered milk or powdered coffee creamer
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

To make, combine the dry-mix ingredients and blend well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, put 2 rounded teaspoons of the mix into an 8-ounce cup and add boiling water, stirring well.
