1 lg. bottle of salsa (mild or medium)
1 C. water

Directions

Place roast in a pan or your crock pot. Pour salsa over the roast. Pour 1 cup of water over the roast and salsa. For oven, bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. For crock pot, put on high for 5 hours.
