Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 large egg white
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Mix sugars, butter and egg white; blend together

Add flour and baking soda mix until smooth

Add in chocolate chips

Drop by the teaspoon onto baking sheet

Bake for about 8 minutes (don't let them get to brown)
